Golfers
Back, hip, and shoulder problems that show up on the back nine. Rotation, mobility, and strength so the swing stops hurting and starts improving.

The golf back
A swing demands rotation from the hips and upper back. When those are stiff, the low back rotates instead, and it was never built for that. Fix the rotation where it belongs and the back stops complaining.
What we do
Assess hip and thoracic rotation, lead-hip stability, and how you load in the backswing. Then targeted mobility, rotational strength, and a warm-up that actually works. Dry needling helps a lot with the hip and low back muscles that guard a stiff swing.
Play more, not less
The goal is 18 holes plus the range, several times a week, without the next-day back.
