Performance & return to sport
Bridge the gap between "cleared" and "ready." Sport-specific rehab and strength for wrestlers, golfers, gymnasts, pickleball players, and weekend competitors.

The gap nobody covers
Insurance-based PT stops when you can walk and reach overhead. Your sport starts a long way past that. Getting “cleared” and being ready to sprawl, swing, tumble, or play three games on a Saturday are not the same thing. This is the work that closes that gap.
Who I work with
- Wrestlers. I wrestled for four years in college and coach at Lenape. I know what a shoulder or knee has to survive in a match, and I build the return plan around that.
- Golfers. Rotation, hip mobility, and a back that holds up for 18 holes and the range afterward.
- Gymnasts. Wrist, shoulder, and lower back load management for high-volume training.
- Pickleball players. Achilles, calf, and shoulder resilience so you can keep playing five days a week.
- Lifters and CrossFit athletes. Programming around an injury instead of taking three months off.
What it looks like
Full-hour sessions that look like training, because they are. Objective testing so “ready” is a number, not a feeling. Coordination with your coach or surgeon when it helps.
Injury prevention
You don’t have to be hurt to start. Athletes ramping up for a season and adults starting a new program use this to find the weak link before it finds them.
