Shoulder pain
Rotator cuff, impingement, labral tears, and the shoulder that's fine until you reach overhead. Strong shoulders are stable shoulders.
The pattern I see most
The shoulder blade stops moving well, the rotator cuff gets overworked, and everything overhead starts to pinch. Rest makes the cuff weaker and the pinch worse.
What we do
Restore how the shoulder blade moves on the rib cage, load the rotator cuff progressively, then rebuild the overhead and pressing patterns you need for your sport or your work. Dry needling is useful here for the muscles that guard the joint.
Post-surgical shoulders
I’ve had two shoulder surgeries myself. If you’ve had a labral repair, rotator cuff repair, or stabilization, I’ll work from your surgeon’s protocol and get you past the “cleared” line to genuinely ready.
