One-on-one physical therapy
A full hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit. No aides, no double-booking, no insurer deciding what you need.

What’s different
Most clinics book two or three patients into the same hour and hand you off to an aide for the exercise part. I don’t. You get me, for the whole hour, every time. That is the reason I left clinic work and it is the reason people get better faster here.
Who it’s for
Anyone who is done being managed and wants to be fixed: active adults with a back, neck, shoulder, or knee that keeps flaring, athletes coming back from injury or surgery, and people over sixty who have decided slowing down is not an option.
What a visit looks like
The evaluation (60 min). We talk first. What do you want to get back to? What have you tried? Then we test how you move and load, not just where it hurts. You leave with a clear explanation of what’s driving the problem and the first two or three things to do about it.
Follow-ups (60 min). Hands-on treatment where it helps, dry needling when it’s the right tool, and progressive, loaded movement that looks like the thing you actually want to do. The plan changes every visit based on how you respond.
Where
At CrossFit Medford, in your home, or online. Same hour, same attention.
Paying for it
$175 for the evaluation, $150 per follow-up, with packages of 5 and 10 that bring the per-visit cost down. Cash, card, or HSA/FSA card at the time of service. At the end of your plan of care I’ll give you a superbill you can submit to your insurer yourself for out-of-network reimbursement. Because every visit is a full hour of focused work, most people need fewer of them.
